We welcome Natalie Boonzaier to the Lustre family, as our new creative manager and stills producer. With a background in fashion design and make-up, she began her career by working in retail fashion, climbing up the ranks to becoming a fashion buyer for a major group of retailers. Natalie has always gravitated towards the creative fields and loves everything about production. She has experience in every aspect of the industry from modelling and styling, to artist and model management and shoot coordination. Natalie has worked for Woolworths as an art buyer and producer, and is adept at working with a fast turnaround time to see a production through from concept to completion. She prides herself in being able to understand clients and realise their specific brief.

We also welcomed photographer Zander Opperman and stylist Armand Dicker to the Rise board.
